Aaron usually has his guitar at school, but since he's on vacation, Sean and him can do Jam sessions....

Sean got new toys today

Sean's playgroup is citywide, and twice a year they have a huge baby garage sale. We got both of these activity tables for $15 !!! Now that he likes to stand, he'll get a lot of use out of them.

Springtime is here!

Here are some pictures of our yard. The jasmine has been blooming for a month and gives out a great smell. We are starting to get the first buds on our concord grapes and all the flowers are taking off.

Sean's Music Class

We went to Sean's first music class today. He has a couple friends of his from the playgroup joining him. Most of the music instruments went in the mouth, but I think he had fun.

Swingin

Sean used to not be sure what he thought about our outdoor swing, but now he loves it. It's become a great tool to keep him busy while I BBQ, and also to put him to sleep for nap time.

Easter 2008

I think the Easter Bunny was scared away at our house this morning. Sean slept all night, but woke up at 4:50am, so we started out the day nice and early. Sean started sleeping through the night this week; we still have some kinks to work out. Anne and Adrian and Molly's family came over for Easter breakfast after we all went to church.

It was a great time seeing them and the Easter Bunny hid a lot of eggs in our yard. Today was very warm, mid 80's. We had Sean in his skivies and here I took a video of him in his jumper. I need to remember I can't rotate the camera when doing a movie. Doh!

Later in the day I Sean was helping me take stuff out of the refrigerater. He had the tortillas and somehow he managed to take a bite out of them. 8 months old and learning fast!

Butterflies at the wild animal park

Their is a butterfly exhibit at the Wild Animal Park for a couple of weeks, so since Aaron was on vacation and Lori gave us some free passes, we were excited to go. Sean tried to squish a couple, here's some pics.

Busy Helper

Now that Sean is crawling, he likes helping me out during the day.

Seaworld

Aaron is on his vacation, so we decided to go to Seaworld. Aaron's mom and Molly with Emma and Tyler came as well. We saw the Shamu show, which we think Sean saw the big fishy, but he wasn't into it when they started the big loud bass music for the show, so we cut that show short. He was mesmerized by the seals.

St. Patricks Day

Sean was sick today, so we stayed by ourselves and played, but here he is dressed in green with his green car.
