Day 8 in Puerto Rico

-Another day of fun in the sun here. Aaron surfed this morning near our hotel and caught some fun waves (shoulder to head high) at dawn. Since the waves picked up here today, he figured it would be really good at the spot we went to 30 minutes North yesterday so we headed up there. When we turned the corner to where you could see the waves breaking he immediately noticed that the waves were fairly big ( head high to 3 feet overhead or bigger) which could be promising. Unfortunately, he immediately noticed that the waves were washing through and closing out and there wasn't one surfer out. In Puerto Rico this is a huge warning sign as pretty much everyone here surfs and especially when the waves are good. After watching the waves breaking out of control at the spot where yesterday they were really clean, he decided it might not be the best idea to paddle out alone and chance it. We headed to the spot we went to yesterday where he watched Sean play on the beach while Mary Ann went snorkeling. Looks like we will be heading back up there tomorrow with the hope that the waves clean up a bit as the swell is supposed to drop slightly. Check in tomorrow for an update of our Caribbean adventure. We have two more full days here in Rincon and then we are heading to San Juan for the last two days of our trip.
