Baby Bumble Bee

Sean loves the Baby Bumble Bee song... Here he is helping me sing it.

How do you Flip a car in Our Neighborhood?

I don't know. But Sean can't stop talking about it...

tracters

Sean and I went to the Fairgrounds to watch horses. He could care less. He did notice all of the machinery around the building though...

Strawberry Picking

Sean came down with a cold, so instead of going to the playgroup and infecting everyone, we headed to Carlsbad and picked Strawberries. Their were strawberries as far as the eye could see and I was amazed at how many ripe strawberries their were in every square foot! Sean ate a weeks worth in 10 minutes.

Last Day with Mark's Family

Monday at the Wild Animal Park

In April, The Wild Animal Park has a butterfly exhibit that is really neat.

Easter

Saturday at the Zoo

It was another cool day which got a lot of the animals out of their caves to help us get a better look at them. The Grizzly Bear was a cool site. Anne and Molly with Emma and Tyler joined us at the zoo.

Soon after we got back from the zoo Mike's family showed up. All the kids played and later on that night Aaron got confirmed into the Catholic Church, ending lots of long meetings for Aaron on Thursday. Congratulations Aaron!

Friday, Grandma and Grandpa show up

We had a threatening rainy day, so we thought we'd go to an indoor playgym, but the rest of San Diego had the same idea too. So we went to the Botanical Gardens which turned out to be fun, and no rain to be seen.

After the gardens all the kids went for a nap and my mom and dad came finishing their long car ride from Oregon. They were just in time to help us paint Easter Eggs.

We only had one casualty for the Easter Eggs, Sean and Everrett had to see what the egg felt like when they squeezed it hard...
