Day 2 in Kauai

We had to check out of our hotel at noon, and couldn't check into our timeshare till 4pm. So Sean took his nap in the car, and we took a drive up to the North end of the island.



Here is a dry cave, there were 2 wet caves a little further down the road. In ancient times, the people thought evil spirits lived here and stole their fish.

The road to the North ends a couple miles from this beach where the rocks are. South Pacific was filmed by those rocks. One of the prettiest beaches we have ever seen.
